COVID-19 - New Measures

In the current climate, the health and well-being of our entire community including our staff and customers is at the forefront.

To ensure the safety of all concerned, ShipLowCost is moving quickly to promote and enable social distancing while ensuring the best quality of service.

While loading from all hubs is still operative, delays cannot be excluded due to the present scenario.  

ShipLowCost Malta hub office is closed until further notice.  Regrettably, Pick ups and Drop Offs are not available at the moment.
Our trusted delivery team will take care to deliver your consignment within the same week of arrival / collect your consignment during the week.  We’ll give you a call prior arriving at your address.

To safeguard all involved, deliveries can only be carried out strictly up to kerbside, regrettably carriage inside cannot be offered during this time until further notice.

NB:  When receiving delivery at your preferred address, our personnel will take your ID Card number and Full Name, should you wish to add any remarks on the chit due to visible damages on the outer packaging, these are to be communicated to our team member who will duly include the remark on the delivery chit and sign the chit on  your behalf.  In the event of noticeable damages  same remarks listed on the delivery chit are to be sent to us by email on support@shiplowcost.com on the same day for us to be able to guide through initiating the claim process with the Insurance if opted for at booking stage.

We kindly remind you to keep the suggested 1mtr distance when accepting your order.
