Recommended CSV Format

CSV stands for Comma Separated Values, this file format works using rows of data set out in a table, with each column specifying a specific section of data. This file format can usually be generated easily using popular spreadsheet software.

We recommend using column headers with the names below so that our import process can correctly identify columns within your file. If you do not use the column names below you will be required to map which fields are which during the upload process using our drag and drop interface, you will be able to save the mapping format and re-use it at a later date.

Here is an example file for you to refer to or edit.
Currently we support CSV files with items with the same delivery addresses. If you have multiple delivery addresses, the items should be split into files grouped by the delivery address.
