Shipping to Malta


Easy steps for a smooth and easy transit:



•Register / Log in 
Gain access to your hub address, SLC User ID, order history, tracking status or change details to an existing order prior goods are received at the hub.

•Access your profile to view your hub address which includes your SLC ID
Go to My Account > My Orders > My Hub Addresses, to view your preferred hub address.  Ensure to always include your SLC ID so we'll recognise your consignment once delivered at the hub!

•Get quote  & Book your Shipment
Fill in the required fields if you have the dimensions, weight and quantity available, click on calculate and add to shipment.  If your consignment contains various packages with different dimensions/weight and is being delivered at one go > click on add an other parcel 

>Packages delivered separately or by a different supplier are treated as a new shipment, a booking for each delivery is to be raised on the website

>Measure my parcel can be opted for if the dimensions and weight are unknown, simply click on measure my parcel, enter quantity and proceed to check out

•Complete your ShipLowCost order
At checkout stage, please fill the requested fields: Category of your item, Supplier's name and the total value of your consignment
Continue by selecting pick up from the Malta Hub or opt for delivery and confirm your delivery address
Business users can also purchase the Export Certificate and NSO by ticking the box near Are you a business user?

•Proceed to payment 

Enter your credit/debit card details and click on Submit Secure Payment 

•Order Confirmation
Upon completion of payment, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the registered email address on your profile




Shipping from Malta 


Easy steps for a smooth and easy transit:



•Register / Log in
Gain access to your ShipLowCost Profile

•Get quote
Select Malta from the first drop down menu, select the Country of Destination and enter Postcode
Enter the packed dimensions, weight and quantity of your consignment, click on calculate and add to shipment.  If your consignment contains various packages with different dimensions/weight and is being sent to the same destination > click on add an other parcel. 
A .csv file can be uploaded by clicking on Upload Bulk Shipment if your consignment contains various items with different dimensions/weight

>Packages to be delivered to different destinations require a separate booking.


•Complete your ShipLowCost order

At checkout stage, please select your preferred Shipment Option, select the Category of item, receiver's information and the total value of your consignment. 
Continue by selecting collection or drop off at the Malta hub 
We can print the Shipping Label at an additional cost of €2.00 otherwise this can be printed from your end at no additional cost

•Proceed to payment 
Enter your credit/debit card details and click on Submit Secure Payment 

•Order Confirmation
Upon completion of payment, an Order Confirmation + Shipment Label will be sent to the registered email address on your profile.  You will be contact by our Team to confirm collection date, if drop off is opted for, consignment can be received at the Malta hub during the opening hours.


 

Important Information on Export Orders

 

 

  • Export orders consisting of more than 7 colli can only be accepted if packed on a pallet. 
  • Luggage / sports bags can only be transported if packed in a box
  • Transport of personal effects can only be accepted if goods are packed on pallets.
  • Export orders are not routed through the Import Hubs, an extra charge of €25.00 applies if goods are sent to any Import Hub
  • Export orders are collected from kerbside and delivered to kerbside at destination address.

 Update of details

To serve you better, we are currently in the process of upgrading all customers' address format and VAT details. In order to be able to proceed with the order's finalisation, we kindly invite you to go to your dashboard and update the following:

  • Billing Address
  • Delivery Address
  • VAT No
  • If you do not own a VAT No, the VAT field should be left as blank, and click Save.
