Through this tool you will be able to upload a Spreadsheet - containing one or more items to be placed in an order - by mapping your columns to the information that we require.

Our recommended format and column details can be found here and an example file can be downloaded from here.
Note: Dimensions should be in centimiters and weight should be in kilograms.
Currently we support CSV files with items with the same delivery addresses. If you have multiple delivery addresses, the items should be split into files grouped by the delivery address.

 Update of details

To serve you better, we are currently in the process of upgrading all customers' address format and VAT details. In order to be able to proceed with the order's finalisation, we kindly invite you to go to your dashboard and update the following:

  • Billing Address
  • Delivery Address
  • VAT No

    • If you do not own a VAT No, the VAT field should be left as blank, and click Save.
